Poet & Quants (P&Q), the must-read business school site, has published a column by second-year MBA student Sharvan Pethe, the first in a series of columns which will be written by Sharvan across the 2023-24 academic year.

In his initial column, Sharvan discusses why the first year of his London Business School (LBS) MBA experience has been so transformative and offers words of advice to other students on how to get the best of out their MBA experience, wherever they might be studying.

Sharvan, whose P&Q penname is ‘Blazing A Trail’, considers that being able to consider the Minimum Viable Product and being able to pivot quickly are two of three great ways to bring the entrepreneurial mindset to life to maximise time in business school. His third piece of advice is to not go it alone.

Read Sharvan’s regular P&Q column to find out what other pieces of advice he’ll share throughout the year.
