London Business School (LBS) Executive Education has won a silver award at The MERITS Summit and Awards in Barcelona in the Organisational Development category.

The award recognises the School’s longstanding collaboration with Randstad and the impact of its co-designed and delivered Transformational Leadership Programme. The programme was initially delivered to senior Randstad leaders across six cohorts before moving to a virtual format and being expanded to nearly 5,000 Randstad leaders worldwide.

Randstad has since moved to become the market leader in its field.

Linda Irwin, Senior Client Director at LBS said:

“This prestigious award pays tribute to the depth of our partnership and the huge trust Randstad’s CEO and leadership team developed with LBS.

“The quality, impact and value proposition of our co-created learning journey has helped deliver individual and organisational transformation for Randstad.”

Renate Deken, Randstad Global Head of Learning and Development said:

"This MERITS award recognises the acceleration of our digital transformation on an organisational, team and leadership level since running the Executive Education programme with LBS.

“Establishing a common language for change gave us an opportunity to clarify and articulate why digital transformation was needed and what it entailed. LBS supported us in the ‘how’ of our digital transformation, drawing on the expertise of their great international faculty.”
