My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: The lack of full-time work experience

About me: I have lived in London since my undergraduate in UCL Management Science, and I am passionate about pursuing an Asset management/WM summer internship in both London and Shanghai. For my past internships, I had experiences in different divisions, such as Sales & Trading in London, Private Equity in China, Investment Banking in Hong Kong, and Spring Week in Blackstone London. For extracurriculars: I have joined the Women in Business Club, Out in Business Club, Golf Club and Snow Club.
