My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Preparing for the GMAT

About me: I grew up in Germany and completed my undergraduate degree in International Business at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Although I had no coding courses during my undergraduate studies, I knew I wanted to develop my data science skills and study in a hands-on environment. This is why I decided to study the Masters in Analytics and Management programme at LBS.

I completed internships in strategy and finance before starting at LBS. There, I already did extensive analyses, however, I also realised the importance of acquiring more analytical skills. The expertise I will gain at LBS will enable me to integrate my business acumen with technical proficiency.

Moreover, being active in sports and business clubs was a big part of my undergraduate degree, and it is something I also truly value about LBS. Here, I joined the touch rugby team and became a member of Women in Business and the Consulting Club. In my free time, I also like to explore London and the UK.

Three topics I can be approached about: Transitioning from business to analytics, the application process, moving to London
