My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Essay Brainstorming & Writing

About me: I was born and raised in Qinhuangdao, a small beautiful coastal city located in Northern Mainland China. After graduating from UWC Changshu China, I came to London and studied BSc Theoretical Physics at Imperial College, through which I sharpened my quantitative skills (and resilience). During my undergrad time, I also tried out different industries through internships: summer researcher at Imperial College, summer analyst at J.P. Morgan in data analytics, and lead consultant at Cambridge Consulting Network in digital consulting, etc. Turned out that I found utilizing technical skillset and scientific approach to solve complex business problems super rewarding and fun, and I assured my passion in digital consulting and tech. And therefore, I chose to study at LBS MAM as it is the perfect bridge between STEM and business. Besides academics & work, I've been playing basketball for almost 11 years, and have been volunteering for Love-Save-Lung (Da Ai Qing Chen), China's leading healthcare NGO dedicated to raise funds & provide financial and medical assistance for hundreds of thousands of occupational lung disease patients across rural China. I'm also into hiphop music & progressive rock.
