She began her career at Deloitte where she worked in the audit and financial advisory divisions. She then joined a women-owned and managed permanent capital investment firm as an associate.

Looking ahead, Naledi plans to leverage her MBA to deepen her experience in investment roles focused on emerging markets, believing in their untapped potential. In the long term, she aspires to play a pivotal role in attracting private capital into South Africa.
