About me: Marcella holds an LLB in Law and a BSc in Economics from Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Brazil.
Before joining LBS, she spent most of her career working in renewable energy companies as a structured finance and M&A specialist at Casa dos Ventos Energias Renováveis, the largest renewables developer in Brazil, and Atlas Renewable Energy, a former Actis portfolio company. Marcella has participated in some of the main transactions in the industry across Latin America over the past years, mainly responsible for coordinating project finance deals and leading financial modelling for new business development, M&As and joint ventures.
During her time at LBS, Marcella aims to expand her networking globally and develop herself as a female leader. She is passionate about energy and infrastructure and intends to continue promoting the energy transition through sustainable investments after graduating.
Among her hobbies, Marcella is a world-traveller and an open water diver, with logged dives across South America, the Caribbean and South East Asia.
