My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Ensuring that the narrative I constructed and told about myself effectively captured my eclectic interests.

About me: Born and raised in Milan, Italy, I first relocated to the UK in 2019 to pursue my Bachelor's in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from the University of Warwick. Amid the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, I elected to extend my degree via an intercalated year, pursuing a sixmonth internship in Consulting at PwC and studying for six months at City University of Hong Kong. Further sharpening my eclectic interests, throughout my undergraduate years I additionally worked across Emerging Market Venture Capital at Dubai-based Global Ventures, in Startup Strategy at a company launched by LBS MBAs, and in venturebuilding by launching my own tutoring startup in the midst of the pandemic. Building upon my undergraduate studies, I remain keenly interested in the intersection of business and geopolitics, and the role of technology in shaping the future landscape of international relations.

The more I pursued international experiences and intercultural bridgebuilding first-hand, the more I appreciated exposure to diversity of background and thought. My decision to join LBS stems from a deep appreciation for its global community and recognition of the opportunity it affords to learn and collaborate with individuals hailing from varied backgrounds. As a student ambassador, I look forward to further fostering and engaging with this vibrant environment — learning, connecting, and contributing to the diverse tapestry of ideas.

Post-LBS, I eagerly look forward to joining the world of strategy consulting, where I hope to tackle wide-reaching, complex challenges of global scale.
