Previous or current role: Junior Consultant

Clubs: Infrastructure and Construction Club, Private Equity & Venture Capital Club, Black-in-Business Club, LBS Football Club

About me: Kojo graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham in the UK. After graduation, he embarked on his professional career at Schroders in London.

Returning to his native Ghana, Kojo gained invaluable experience as a Junior Consultant at Shawbell Consulting, a firm specialising in providing legal and management consulting services across Africa. Simultaneously, he played a pivotal role in a family business venture, spearheading the establishment of a cutting-edge e-sports video gaming facility in Accra.

Kojo’s decision to join the Masters in Finance programme at LBS was driven by the School’s international environment, distinguished faculty and strategic location in a global financial hub. His objective was to fine-tune his finance expertise and cultivate a broader network through engagement with a multicultural cohort and the wider School community.

Outside academia, his interests lie in sports. Kojo is an avid Arsenal fan, has a keen appreciation for basketball and religiously follows mixed martial arts.
