About me: Johnson specializes in M&A Transactions across the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industries. He has over 7 years TMT, Energy & Infrastructure, Industrial Products and Sports Business experience and has participated in M&A assignments and reviews for large and complex transactions in Software, Digital and Print Media, Sports, Gaming, Oil & Gas, Digital Education, and Energy Services sectors. He also previously participated in Corporate Finance assignments across multiple sectors including the TMT, Industrial Products, and Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

With a commitment towards learning and continuous professional development he enrolled into the Masters in Finance Programme in order to enhance his deep-dive knowledge in Finance and related concepts. His pursuit of academic excellence is complemented by his commitment to building a global and diverse professional network, an endeavour that aligns with his ambitious future leadership aspirations. Additionally, he is a Chartered Certified Accountant and holds a Masters degree with distinction in Accounting and Finance from Birmingham City University.

Johnson has a passion for Leveraged Finance, Project Finance, and Emerging Markets. He combines this financial expertise with his avid enthusiasm for sports, making him a well-rounded professional with a keen interest in Sports and the Sports Business sector.
