Simon Osborne research interest include Board evaluation, boardroom diversity and delivery of good governance. He is now the Joint Head of CGI Board Evaluation, a governance consultant and trainer. He is an executive fellow with the London Business School Leadership Institute and vice-president (formerly the deputy chair) of a charity, the Railway Benefit Fund.
