Daniel Heller

Visiting Professor of Organisational Behaviour (visiting from Tel Aviv University)

Dr Daniel Heller’s first stream of research focuses on uncovering virtuous paths (e.g., helping behaviours and authenticity) to ascending power and leadership hierarchies in the workplace, as well as the potential beneficial outcomes of (e.g., task responsibility and engagement, Authenticity, inspiration) of these hierarchies. In his second stream of research, he studies situational and dispositional antecedents of wellbeing, including career callings, future selves, and authenticity. 

He was previously Chair of Organizational Behaviour group at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University.
