Christine de Largy

Christine is formerly Chair, Board Services Executive Search, Harvey Nash plc. Prior to this she held operational, buying and managing director roles with blue chip, UK, retail businesses. Her research interests cover corporate governance and board effectiveness, specifically the issues around the environment, society and governance (ESG) agenda. She is currently completing her PhD at Cranfield University where her research focuses on understanding how organisations foster inclusion and surfacing the practices that lead to inclusion. Initial findings were published in The Female FTSE Board Report 2021: Inclusion works for everyone. Prior to this she led the “Harvey Nash Annual Board Research”, for four years in Partnership with the London Business School’s Leadership Institute, to understand how boards are changing. She also led annual research on the changing face of leadership.

She is a qualified career development coach, helping executives foster purpose, fulfilment and success through their career.

Christine is a Member of the British Psychological Society, Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society, Member of the Academy of Management and British Academy of Management.
